WMPN Windows 7 64 bit driver – Linksys Community
Now it is not recognized by windows 7, does not appear in the device manager, only windows virtual wireless adaptor appears, it does not detect any networks. DO NOT let this happen! Mine had been working fine but this morning, after a reboot from an update, my card was no longer recognized and trying to reinstall the drivers didn’t help.
WMPN Windows 7 64 bit driver. I have even tried to reload the same after downloading from linksys, win7 says that it is not needed, the same????

I did a clean install of Windows 7 Bit the other day. I have the latest version of the driver from linksys website.
I have the same card as well and have the same issue. For what it’s worth, the card is detected as a Broadcom generic wireless Ljnksys card, rather than the specific Linksys model.

Thursday, July 28, 1: Not using any of the linksys applications, those never seems to work anyway.
This driver is stable, but won’t give you the the full features of the adapter.
Flaming or offending other users. Win7 loaded the linksys wmpn drivers on its own. Eventually, I have to run a ethernet cable to my router and disable the wireless card.
